Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

1 lb Ground Turkey
2 Tbsp. GF Worcestershire Sauce
1 Garlic clove, minced
2 Tbsp. Red onion, finely chopped
1 tsp Himalayan Salt
¼ tsp Ground pepper
2 Tbsp. Chopped Parsley
Avocado oil for pan
Arugula
Sliced Tomatoes
Sliced Red onions

Method

  1. In a large bowel, place all ingredients and mix until well combined
  2. Form 5 patties with your lightly wet hands to avoid meat sticking to your hands
  3. For best flavor, let patties rest for at least 1 hour or overnight
  4. Heat a frying pan under medium heat and lightly oil
  5. Place patties and cook about 5 to 7 minutes on each side or till desired doneness.
  6. Place patties in between gluten free buns or lettuce wraps. Garnish with arugula, tomatoes and red onions.
