Nut Milk

If you are dairy intolerant and are looking for a delicious, nutritious and inexpensive milk alternative, look no further. Here is a quick and versatile recipe. Choose your nut or seed and get creative.

Ingredients

½ c raw pecans, macadamia or hemp seeds
4 Dates
Pinch of Himalayan Salt
16 oz of Pure water
1 tsp. Sunflower lecithin (optional)*
½ tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract (optional)
Mason jar with lid

Method

  1. Place ingredients in mason jar and refrigerate overnight.
  2. In the morning, pour content of the mason jar in a blender. Add vanilla if using.
  3. Blend until smooth.

Ready to serve.
