Ingredients
1 2/3 c Almond Flour
1/2 c Protein powder
2 Tbsp Coconut Flour
1/4 tsp Himalayan Salt
1 tsp ground Cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground Nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground Cloves
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
½ c Butter, melted
4 Large Eggs. beaten
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
1/3 c Pure Maple Syrup (optional)
1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2/3 c Pumpkin Purée
Method
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Butter or oil a bread pan or use parchment paper.
- Mix all “dry” ingredients in a large bowl.
- In a medium bowl, combine all “wet” ingredients.
- Mix all wet ingredient into the dry ingredients until well combined
- Pour batter into bread pan and place pan in the middle of the preheated oven.
- Baked for 50-60 minutes. To determine wellness, insert a toothpick. If toothpick comes out clean, it is done.
- Take bread out of the oven, and place on top of a cooling rack.
- Allow to cool before slicing.
