Ingredients
1 lb Ground Turkey
2 Tbsp. GF Worcestershire Sauce
1 Garlic clove, minced
2 Tbsp. Red onion, finely chopped
1 tsp Himalayan Salt
¼ tsp Ground pepper
2 Tbsp. Chopped Parsley
Avocado oil for pan
Arugula
Sliced Tomatoes
Sliced Red onions
Method
- In a large bowel, place all ingredients and mix until well combined
- Form 5 patties with your lightly wet hands to avoid meat sticking to your hands
- For best flavor, let patties rest for at least 1 hour or overnight
- Heat a frying pan under medium heat and lightly oil
- Place patties and cook about 5 to 7 minutes on each side or till desired doneness.
- Place patties in between gluten free buns or lettuce wraps. Garnish with arugula, tomatoes and red onions.
